This Made in the USA pin is a polished brass 1” round pin with enamel and clear epoxy coating. The closure is a butterfly clutch.

Tracked First Class shipping is included for orders within the Continental U.S. via USPS.

In the unfortunate event that you received a defective or damaged pin, we will provide a replacement.  If you received an item you consider to be defective or damaged, please follow the below exchange instructions: 

• Kindly send an email to hello@blackpawmemorialpin.com and please include "Damaged Pin" in the subject line - your email must include a brief description of the issue and proof of damage (picture of product) within 7-days of receipt 
• Please include the original order number, receipt or proof of purchase. and confirmation of your shipping address
• You will be contacted by a member of the Black Paw Memorial Pin team to confirm receipt of your email and notify you that a replacement is on the way
• A replacement pin will be sent at no additional cost, excluding shipping
